# Analytics & Reporting

We offer five reports, each one readable on screen and exportable as a CSV. Pick a date range at the top of any report and the download covers exactly that period — useful for buying decisions, monthly reviews, or handing inventory in your store.

| Report                       | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          |
| ---------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Stock tracking**           | Demand against inventory, product by product. **Qty needed** is what registries across your store are still waiting for; **Surplus / shortfall** is your stock minus that demand. A negative number is a product you'll run out of if everyone buys. |
| **Reserved and most wanted** | What customers are flagging as their priorities, and what guests have reserved but not yet paid for. A good early-warning list for what you'll need in stock.                                                                                        |
| **Registry sales**           | A line per registry: how much it has generated, how many items were added, and how many were bought. The clearest view of which registries are actually converting.                                                                                  |
| **Orders & purchases**       | Every individual registry purchase, right down to the order it belongs to and whether it has shipped. This is the report to open when a customer asks where their gift is.                                                                           |
| **Gift buyers**              | Who is buying gifts, which registries they bought from, and how much they've spent. These are people who found your store through someone else's registry. Worth knowing when you plan a campaign.                                                   |

**Exporting**

Every report has a date picker with an export button. Choose your date range, click export, and the CSV downloads straight to your computer with a confirmation.
