If your store supports multiple languages, the registry will automatically adapt to the local language. For any additional translation support, feel free to contact us for assistance.

## Gift Registry Landing Page 

On the gift registry landing page, you’ll find a customizable page block template similar to the one shown in this image.

You can customize the hero image, title, and subtitle, adjust text size and color, update the registry promotional message, and modify the button’s color, padding, and corner roundness.

## Add to Registry Button

This button appears directly beneath the “Add to Cart” button in your product template.

**Button Style & Color:** Customize the button’s color, shape (including border radius), and fine-tune its dimensions, spacing, borders, and corner rounding for a polished, on-brand appearance.\
**Button Font:** The font style and size automatically match your store’s theme settings.\
**Button Text:** You can update the button text (e.g., change “Add to Registry” to “Add to My Wishlist”).\
**Icon Customization:** To replace default icons with ones that better align with your brand, contact Little Registry Support for assistance.

You can also choose where this button appears across your store. For example, you might display it only on specific collections—such as Baby & Kids—giving you full control over its visibility.

## Gift Manager

Our Gift Manager lets users easily manage gifts in their registry. You can also customize the widget’s color to match your store’s design.

You can adjust the position of the gift manager widget by choosing to display a quick navigation button on the **side**, at the **bottom**, or **hide** it entirely.

## Shoppable Wishlist

The shoppable wish list page allows users to share their gift ideas with friends and family.

**Custom Logo & Header:** Your brand logo is displayed at the top of the page. For deeper customization—such as adjusting colors, fonts, button styles, or page layout—contact Little Registry. Additional fees may apply based on the scope of changes.

**Branded URL:** Certain plans include the option to use a custom domain for the wish list page, keeping the experience fully on-brand.

**User Personalization & Privacy Settings:** Users can personalize their registry with a profile photo, title, and greeting message for their guests. They can also choose whether their wish list is Public, Private, or Password-Protected.

**Checkout Address Privacy:** By default, a user’s shipping address is populated during checkout. For enhanced privacy, higher-tier plans offer an option to completely hide the user’s address from anyone purchasing from their registry.

## Email Alerts

You can customize email alerts with your store’s logo. We’re also launching our Klaviyo integration soon, allowing you to fully customize email marketing content and design based on your store’s preferences.

Launch your own gift registry in minutes

## 🕹 5 steps to add a Gift Registry to your Shopify store

1. Install the Little Registry App from Shopify
2. Enable "Add to Registry" buttons on product pages
3. Add "Gift Manager" to your site
4. Customize your Shoppable Wish List page
5. Add a "Gift Registry Page" to your site

## Step 1: Install the Little Registry App from Shopify

* Visit the [Little Registry: Gift Registry app page](https://apps.shopify.com/little-registry) on the Shopify App Store.
* Click “Add app” and follow the installation prompts.
* After installation, you can open the app directly from your Shopify admin to begin setting up your registry.

## Step 2: Enable "Add to Registry" buttons on product pages

This button lets your users add any store items to their gift list.

* Go to your store theme settings
* Navigate to the product pages section
* Follow [the instructions here](https://docs.littleregistry.com/setup/enable-add-to-registry-button) to add the button to your product page.

## Step 3: Add "Gift Manager" to your site

* Name your Gift Registry Program in the onboarding or display settings to set the widget’s display name.
* In your Shopify theme, toggle on Little Registry’s **“Gift Registry Widget”** and customize its style, colors, text, and position in the app embeds panel.

# Add your own custom domain

Set up a branded domain for your public registry

By default, when your users set up and share their gift registries under Little Registry, they'll see [**my.littleregistry.com/theirname**](http://my.littleregistry.com/theirname). You can connect your own domain so that when they share their registry with friends, they’ll see your branded link instead of [**my.littleregistry.com**](http://my.littleregistry.com).

To get started, go to your DNS host and create a **CNAME record**. Point the subdomain you’d like to use (for example, [registry.yourdomain.com](http://registry.yourdomain.com)) to `841e60033806e186.vercel-dns-016.com`. Once that’s set up, your users' registry will be accessible through your custom domain.

Once you’ve finished this step, return to your Little Registry settings in Shopify and save your custom domain.

# Add an 'Add to Registry' button

The **Add to Registry** button lets shoppers add products directly to their gift list. By default, it appears on all product pages.

## Customizing the button

You can adjust the button’s look to match your store:

* Change button and text colors
* Edit the button label (e.g., “Add to Registry,” “Add to List”)
* Adjust width and size
* Add borders
* Round the corners

## Choose Where to Display the Button

By default, the button shows on all product pages. You can also limit it to specific collections. For example, only in your **Baby & Kids** collection.

To update this, go to the app’s **Settings** page and choose where you’d like the button to appear.


# Add a Gift Manager

Your customers can open the **Gift Manager** to view gifts, purchases, and manage their registry. It lets your users to easily add, view, and edit gifts in their registry.
